Farm to Table Dinner and Organic Farm Tour

An educational and delicious dining experience at Valley Dream Farm in Cambridge! This family-owned organic farm is set in a picturesque valley outlined by gently rolling hills and the beautiful backdrop of majestic Mount Mansfield. Your evening begins with an educational hay ride tour, where you might even get to harvest vegetables or cut flowers for the dining table! While on the tour, our chef prepares an assortment of dishes using Valley Dream Farm’s produce. Guests mingle over appetizers before sitting down with the farmers for a family-style dinner of salad, bread, two savory meats, many organic vegetables, homemade dessert, and locally roasted coffee. This unique dining experience is held outside on a covered porch with breathtaking views. Families are welcome. You are welcome to bring your favorite alcoholic beverage, and know that we will provide you with non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy with dinner.

Don’t miss out—register by Tuesday at 11:00 am! Be sure to let us know about any special dietary needs when you reserve. Need directions? Just swing by the Guest Service Desk. Our tours kick off promptly at 5:15 pm, so be on time for the fun! Please note that taxes and gratuities aren’t included in the listed price, and everything is weather permitting.
