Covered Bridge Fall Foliage Tour

Historic, rustic, covered bridges abound in Vermont, and there’s no better time to view them than during this state’s colorful and most reputable time of year, fall foliage season! Stretching across sparkling rivers reflecting the colors of autumn and nestled in the foreground of Vermont’s mountains and tree-lined roads, the covered bridges and route experienced on this tour provide an authentic Vermont flavor all its own. Explore 5-6 covered bridges as we travel beyond the village destination hubs for incredible foliage scenery, photographic opportunities, and birding and wildlife views. Guests will be transported in our 14-passenger shuttle and have the opportunity to step out and explore, take photographs, and learn some of the local history of our area. Stops include quaint covered bridges and prime foliage viewing areas, and we finish the tour by stopping at the Vermont Maple Outlet for a delicious creemee or a gift to bring home!

Our tours kick off at the welcome sign, starting right at 9:00 am sharp. Be sure to register in advance—groups need a minimum of 4 passengers. Please note, taxes and gratuities aren’t included in the listed price. For custom tour dates or larger groups, give Vermont Custom Tours a call at 802-730-4810. Let’s make some memories!
