Race training

The Village Lift is presently on wind hold. We have 7 lifts operating today: Madonna I, Mogul Mouse’s Magic, Sterling, Morse Highlands, Sterling T-Bar, Madonna II, and Sir Henry’s Glider. We have 34 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 130 acres of freshly groomed terrain for today. Surface conditions are machine groomed and loose granular with average base depths of 8 to 32 inches. Currently, it is cloudy and 24 degrees at the summit of Sterling, with winds of 15 to 25 mph. Today’s forecast calls for cloudy skies and wind, with a high of 36 degrees at the base and 32 degrees at higher elevations. There is a winter storm watch starting tonight and lasting until Monday night with up to 2 feet of new snow possible!
