Freefall is open from the top. Madonna Liftline is open from top to bottom. We have 75 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. We have all 8 lifts operating. We received 21 inches of new snow in the past 5 days. 38 trails have been groomed for today, including Drifter, Ruthie’s, Snow Snake, Log Jam, Smugglers’ Alley, and Thomke’s, for a total of 149 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are packed powder and powder with average base depths of 14 to 40 inches. Birch Run Terrain Park is open with 8 features. Knight’s Revenge Terrain Park is also open. Currently, it is partly sunny and 12 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 5 to 15 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for cloudy skies with a chance of snow showers and an inch of accumulation possible, with a high of 25 degrees at the base and 18 degrees at higher elevations.
