Tomorrow, we plan to have 6 lifts operating, including the Madonna I Lift. We now have 48 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 28 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Upper FIS, Smugglers’ Alley, Waterfall, Curley’s Cutback, Thomke’s, and Dixie’s Knoll, for a total of 114 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable, with average base depths of 12 to 36 inches. Tonight’s forecast is snow showers with 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for a chance of flurries early, mixed later in the day, with a high of 30 degrees at the base and 26 degrees at higher elevations. I can’t wait to head up Madonna Mountain and check out Upper FIS tomorrow.
