Bud Conger started instructing here at Smuggs in 1964! All of his children learned how to ski here at Smuggs and have all been instructors here at Smuggs! Bud now has a trail named after him. Bud’s Way is at the bottom of Sam’s Run and it brings you to the Morse Highlands area.
