An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

We are leaving many of our natural snow trails closed today. It is not because of a lack of snow. The snow is soft and if we open these trails today they will have ruts and weird bumps. The temperature is falling throughout the day. Those ruts and weird bumps will be frozen later. By leaving these trails closed today they will stay smooth. This will allow us to open them tomorrow and there is snow in the forecast tonight with 3 to 7 inches of accumulation possible. This will make for a much better experience going forward. Thank you for your patience.
