14 out of the 16 open trails have been groomed for today. All Morse Mountain trails have been groomed for today, including Sam’s Run. Smugglers’ Alley and Black Snake were not groomed last night and they are experts only. Currently, it is foggy and 28 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 10 to 15 mph. Surface conditions are machine-groomed and variable with average base depths of 6 to 24 inches. Conditions are a little firm at the summit of Sterling and soften as you drop in elevation. All Morse Mountain trails are soft. We have Sterling Lift, Village Lift, Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift, and Sir Henry’s Glider operating today. Today’s forecast is calling for a 30 percent chance of freezing rain early becoming rain in the afternoon with a high of 35 degrees.
