Presidential Owls – Four Bedroom
Luxurious Condominiums with Exclusive Access and Premium Amenities
Featuring one to two beds in each bedroom (king or double), four full baths (primary baths have a tub with whirlpool jets and a two-person shower), a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, dining area, washer and dryer, fireplace, and a porch. Elevator and ski lockers are located in the building. The Owls have access to the Parliament of Owls Community Center with a year-round outdoor heated pool, fully-equipped exercise room, sauna, changing rooms, and game room. In addition, there is access to the North Hill Aquatics & Community Center with a year-round children’s water play pool, indoor heated lap pool, hot tubs, exercise room, and changing facility. In winter, there is a tube sliding hill with defined hours of operation. In summer, there is also an outdoor waterslide with a splash pool and seating area, along with a children’s playground and sand volleyball court. These vacation homes are Club Wyndham Presidential Reserve and are available for use by Club Wyndham Presidential Reserve Owners and Club Wyndham Members. Access Guaranteed – Only available when reserving directly on a Smuggs winter or summer vacation package.
Tips for a Comfortable Stay
For your convenience, we offer a variety of items to enhance your stay. Contact our Reservations Specialists at 800.419.4615 to reserve a Pack-n-Play Porta Crib (with sheets), bed rails, booster seat, cot, highchair, or outlet safety covers. These items will be in your home upon arrival and are available at an additional cost.
While we provide sheets and laundered blankets, please bring your favorite comforter or quilt from home if you prefer. We want you to feel right at home!
Bring your preferred toiletries from home to make your stay even more comfortable. it is those little things that make a big difference.

All homes at Smugglers’ Notch Resort are designated non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the exterior of any building, including the decks.

The North Hill Community offers stunning views of Madonna Mountain, Sterling Mountain, and Smugglers’ Notch Pass. Nestled in a serene woodland setting, it features one to four-bedroom condos.
